With Pino and Angela’s help, our home in Abruzzo really was an ugly duckling that turned into a swan and the home we have ended up with has far exceeded our initial expectations.

Renovation / building projects are stressful enough in the UK (we have done several) so the prospect of doing this in another country and language was daunting.
We chose to deal with Angela and Pino as they offered a complete service; project management, translation, producing plans and work schedules, getting quotes from local builders and suppliers. We were also a slightly unusual client for them as we chose to do some of the work ourselves, and Angela’s help liaising with the local suppliers was invaluable.

The project wasn’t completely stress free, finding out that whoever had originally extended our house had managed to build an upstairs wall off centre from the lower wall that should be supporting it and that this affected where we wanted to put our new staircase was interesting – but Pino came up with a solution.
