We found the buying process in Italy to be relatively pain free with the help supplied by VignaVerde. We bought a house that only had one owner who was also very generous with information and help. The process went very smoothly from beginning to end, and the fact that English was the driving language really helped a lot. Most of all Dave listened to our specific requirement and although we still had to knock a few houses off the list, he went out of his way to show us houses that fit the bill. We asked a load of questions, some of them at least twice, but they were all patiently answered so we never felt under any pressure. The last part of the process, i.e. the signing, is very different to the UK but it was all professionally handled and again all the questions were fully answered. Many thanks!
