Both myself and Jacqueline would like to thank you for all your help and assistance in our recent purchase. You have helped dispel a lot of the myths surrounding buying property in Italy, before encountering yourselves we were led to believe that such a transaction would be a bureaucratic nightmare, it was anything but and all due to the manner in which you assisted. 

The Abruzzo tours organized by your company are an invaluable insight into the entire process and help alleviate any worries over what is a large step in anyone’s life, I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a house/property to consider this trip as it was not only highly informative but both memorable and enjoyable.

As for the buying process, again I have nothing but the highest praise on how this was done from start to finish. From viewing the property to signing the various documents, and from setting up all the necessary steps to facilitate this, simply faultless.  The entire process was open and transparent from the outset, there was no hard sell or pressure, only genuine assistance from a team that clearly loves this part of Italy and is keen that others are, and can enjoy the charms and beauty of this region.
